Our plans are thoughtfully created to suit a wide range of needs from individuals to families, and even people suffering from periodontal disease. There is a plan that will work for everyone.

To encourage you to use your included preventative benefits, Premier members will receive a $100 reward after each Consistent Care visit. Rewards may be used for services you need (crown, filling, veneers, root canal, etc.) and don’t expire as long as you’re membership remains active.

Individual rewards may be combined with other family members to maximize savings. Take advantage of having your entire family on the plan by using everyone’s rewards on a single procedure.

The more often you come in and use your included preventative benefits the more you can earn.

We have a solution. Periodontal tissue anchors your teeth and provides a defensive barrier. Plaque buildup from a lack of consistent care makes this tissue recede, a condition that could lead to tooth loss, infection, and a myriad of other health problems.
